Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Office Staff member to handle timekeeping, create maintenance reports, and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on the schedule of work for the maintenance team.
- Draft and send emails, letters, and submit reports.
- Keep track of company and project documentation.
- Follow and improve document handling procedures.
- Produce monthly timesheets for all outlets.
- Ensure all reports and timekeeping are accurate and true.
- Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients or staff.
- Learn and work through a timekeeping system effectively.
Requirements
- College degree in management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in an administrative department.
- Ability to multitask and assist with the scope of other colleagues’ work.
- Reliable and able to extend hours to complete tasks as needed.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of working with a timekeeping system is a plus.
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Approachable and helpful demeanor.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good ethical judgment and leadership qualities.
